Rates

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Additional Fees and Options

We like to be transparent and let you know exactly what to expect when booking with us - here are some additional fees and options that we can offer for you to help make your stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.  These are all available for you to select at checkout and are priced either Per Night or Per Stay

Mandatory Fees

• Cleaning Fee - $150 per Stay
  • We know exactly how much you'll appreciate the cleanliness of the environment we have for you and it's our goal to ensure that it stays that way for every guest into the future!  You'll be as happy here as we are - we promise.
• Owner's Insurance - $29 per Stay
  • This covers any accidental damages that might occur - we know things happen sometimes and the insurance policy means we don't have to charge a $500 security deposit!

Optional Fees

• Early Arrival - $50 per Stay
  • Standard Arrival/Check-In Time is 4pm - want to get in earlier?  We can get you in 2 hours earlier for an additional $100 - we know it might seem like a lot but the previous guest won't have left until as late as 12pm and we've got to pay the cleaning company a rush fee to ensure they are ready for you!
• Late Checkout - $50 per Stay
  • Want an extra 2 hours on checkout day?  For an extra $100 we can have you stay an extra 2 hours until noon on day of checkout.  Go ahead, sleep in a little and relax - vacations are exhausting!
• Watercraft Mooring at the Dock - $50 per Boat per Night
  • We can accommodate up to 4 water craft at our amazing mini marina (as we lovingly call it) at a charge of $50 per boat per night for the duration of your stay.
• Jet Ski Rental - $550 per day, per Ski
  • Ready and waiting for you, fully gassed up, with a briefing session beforehand and beer/wine/soda waiting for you when you get back from your time on the water!  Full days only, arriving early morning and picked up at dusk (it's illegal to jet-ski at night).  Mooring at the dock during your ski rental period = included!
• Food/Fridge Prep - $50 + cost of groceries
  • We'll have whatever you're looking for (based on availability, we reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary) ready and waiting for you at the house when you arrive.  $150 charged up-front as a flat fee, max grocery amount of $100, change (less the $50 service fee) and receipt will be left on counter by the fridge.
• You tell us! - Sky is the limit (almost)!
  • Anything else that would make your stay with us "amazing" - just let us know!  We'll always do our best to accommodate your requests.
